Prefabricated steel structural frame erected on a project site

04 / Build

Your steel arrives engineered, numbered, and ready to stand.

Every member is cut, punched, marked, and bundled in the order your crew sets it. Panels and trusses arrive as a kit, not as a pile of material and a problem.

This is the scope most general contractors buy from someone else. We make it. That is why we can commit to a delivery date and hold it.

Cold formed steel systems

Engineered light gauge steel roof trusses, open web floor trusses, wall panels, and complete framing kits, designed to your spans, pitches, and load conditions, then fabricated in a controlled plant to tolerances a job site cannot match.

  • Clear spans that open up floor plans without interior bearing walls
  • Dimensionally stable steel that will not warp, twist, shrink, or rot
  • Non combustible and resistant to termites, mold, and moisture
  • Stamped engineering and shop drawings for permit and inspection
  • Sequenced delivery so the crane picks in set order

Why self-performing the steel matters

When the structure is a purchased commodity, the general contractor is a middleman between a mill's lead time and an owner's deadline. When it is manufactured in house, the lead time is a scheduling decision.

It also means one company is accountable for fit. Trades stop chasing shortfalls, and nobody is arguing about whose tolerance was wrong.
