About

Build the thing that gets built.

Because we self-perform manufacturing and the MEP trades, most of our people are not administering subcontracts. They are making and installing the work.

That is a different kind of construction career, and it is the reason the platform is structured this way.

Core values

How we expect to work.

Six things we hold to. They are written as instructions because that is how they get used, on a jobsite, by someone deciding what to do next.

Be Accountable
We take ownership positions in what we build, so the cost of a shortcut lands on us and not on the next owner. When something is wrong, the name on the fix is ours.
Be Trustworthy
A date we give is a date we can hold, because we manufacture the steel and staff the trades that set it. We would rather quote an honest schedule than a convenient one.
Be Authentic
We say plainly what we self-perform and what we do not. No one is served by finding out the real shape of a scope after the contract is signed.
Be of Service
We solve the client's problem, including the parts that sit outside our contract. Service is the reason the company exists, not a department inside it.
Be Happy
The crews doing the work should want to come back the next morning. Conditions, safety, and how people are treated on site are project decisions, not perks.
Be Guided
Pacific Islander values, carried into an American industry. They set the direction on a job long before the spreadsheet gets a say.
