About

The companies behind the platform.

Vertical integration is easy to claim and hard to prove. These are the operating entities that make it real, and the part of the stack each one is responsible for.

Ber Wilson Construction

Design-build, general contracting, and preconstruction

Ground up vertical and heavy civil delivery, in Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and CMAR. This is the entity that holds the construction contract and carries the schedule.

Design-Build and General Contracting

Ber Wilson Steel

Prefab steel manufacturing

Cold formed steel manufacturing: roof trusses, open web floor trusses, wall panels, and complete framing kits, engineered and fabricated in plant, then delivered cut, punched, numbered, and bundled in erection sequence.

This is the self-performed structural scope that lets us commit to a framing date rather than quote one.

Dino Plumbing and Service Pros

Self-performed MEP

A plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company acquired by Ber Wilson, bringing licensed trade crews and service capability in house.

Dino continues to serve its own residential and commercial service customers under its own brand and its own website. Within the platform, it is the trade base behind our self-performed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope, which is the half of the critical path most builders subcontract.

MEP and Self-Performed Trades

Ber Wilson Development

Origination, entitlement, and capital

Site assembly, entitlement, underwriting, and capital structuring, plus the joint venture relationships with institutional partners.

This is the entity that lets us start projects rather than wait to be hired onto them.

Development

Ber Wilson Energy

On-site generation and microgrids

Distributed generation, solid oxide fuel cell systems, and microgrid design and integration, delivered alongside the facility rather than after it.

A note on Dino

Two brands, two audiences.

Dino Plumbing and Service Pros continues to operate under its own brand, with its own website, for its own residential and commercial service customers. A homeowner who needs a water heater is not the audience for this site, and none of that content lives here.

On berwilson.com, Dino appears for one reason: it is the evidence that our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope is performed in house rather than subcontracted, which is what lets us say we control the critical path.
