Delivery methods
Design-build is what the company is built for. One contract, one team, and a single party answerable for both the drawings and the building, which is the only arrangement where the design and the budget can be settled at the same time.
EPC is the same idea carried further, and it is worth being precise about the difference. Design-build covers the drawings and the building. EPC covers the engineering, the procurement of the major equipment, and the construction, with one party carrying the performance of the finished facility rather than just its completion. Energy, industrial, and data center owners generally contract that way, and we take that work in the same single-contract form.
Neither is the only way we work. Some owners and most public procurement need a different contract, and we deliver in those models too rather than turning away a project because the vehicle does not suit us.
- Design-Build. Our default. One contract, one point of accountability, design and construction carried together. Usually the fastest.
- EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct). One contract covering engineering, equipment procurement, and construction, for facilities where the equipment is the project and the owner needs the finished plant to perform, not just to be finished.
- Design-Bid-Build. The traditional route, where the design is complete and competitively bid before construction starts.
- CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk). We join during design as an advisor, then take on delivery at a guaranteed maximum price.
Ground up vertical
This is where your vision takes shape. We start with site prep, laying a solid foundation, and framing the building's structure. Next comes enclosing the space with walls, roofs, windows, and doors.
Then we install essential systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Finally, interior finishes bring your project to life.

Site, civil, and infrastructure
Land development and civil engineering, delivered by concrete experts. Roads and highways, retaining walls, utilities, and the sitework that has to be right before anything vertical can start.
